I started Dincharya with a simple desire—to create clothing that feels as comfortable as it is beautiful.
Like many women, I often found myself choosing between comfort and style. The clothes that felt comfortable were often ordinary, while the pieces that stood out were not always easy to live in. I wanted to create something different—clothing that could become a part of everyday life while still feeling special.
At the same time, I have always been drawn to the beauty of Indian textiles and traditional crafts. From hand block prints and Kalamkari art to embroidery and handcrafted details, I wanted to celebrate these art forms in a way that felt wearable, relevant, and accessible.
That idea became Dincharya.
Named after the Sanskrit word for “daily routine,” Dincharya is rooted in the belief that everyday clothing deserves thoughtful design. Every piece is created with comfort at its core—relaxed silhouettes, carefully chosen fabrics, and handcrafted details that bring together tradition and contemporary living.
I do not believe in creating clothes for a season. I believe in creating pieces that can be worn, loved, and lived in for years. Pieces that become familiar favourites—the ones you reach for effortlessly, again and again.
Today, Dincharya is a small but growing collection of clothing inspired by Indian craftsmanship, timeless design, and the quiet beauty of everyday life.
Dincharya is for women who choose timeless pieces over trends, appreciate the richness of Indian textiles, and seek comfort without compromise.
Thank you for being a part of this journey.
Made for your dincharya.
