At Dincharya, every piece is made with care and crafted in small batches. Most of our garments are made to order, allowing us to reduce waste and create thoughtfully.
Shipping
• We currently ship across India.
• We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,500 within India.
• A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹2,500.
• As most pieces are made to order, please allow 10–12 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
• Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services.
International Shipping
We hope to offer international shipping in the future. If you are ordering from outside India, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to assist you.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns at this time.
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
• Manufacturing defects
• Size-related issues
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or require a size exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To request an exchange, please share your order details along with clear photographs of the garment.
Each request will be reviewed individually, and we will be happy to assist wherever possible.
